Pours a clear, deep-brass colour. Smells funky and sour, straw/hay, white grapes, fruity, nectarines, and crisp. Tastes pretty carbonated, light flavours, funky hops, a little sour/tart, dry, yeasty, and funky, bitter apple peel, white grapes, unripe pear, crisp and refreshing.

Funken City pours a hazy copper color, with a small lacing head. A nice creamy aroma, with a tart kick. Flavor is creamy, spicy, with a noticeable tartness, and finishes just a little bitter. Good body and feel. Overall, a very nice drinkable complex beer, that is slightly tart, but not too much.

Thin white head. Golden color.
Not overly funky which was a nice surprise. Lots of the base saison flavors. Honey, oak, and wine. Grapes and floral/herbal notes. Dry. Medium bodied. Fruity.
This is a solid saison. Glad I got to try this one.
