This was an amazing beer. While this beer is not aged in wine barrels I think this beer is most similar to Sue by Hill Farmstead. There is just a touch of sour/tart with a big farmhouse funk that is flawlessly executed. There is a little bit of a bite from the rye that blends very well with the rest of the beer.
