Hazy yellow with a small white collar. Funk and tart apple aroma. Light in body and super easy to drink. Cider like and wonderful. Tasty.

This beer is exceptional. There is perfect balance from the grains and the microorganisms in this beer. The grains have a rye bite to them as well as a biscut flavor. There is a tart slightly sour flavor that reminds me of the early crooked stave beers. Well done.
