Classic-ish saison appearance with a semi translucency to it's bright golden color. Capped by a lazy white foam that has no intentions of hanging around as it leaves a thin ring and no lace.
Subtle aromas of predominantly green grapes. A touch of biscuit and light wood, soap, and a very faint white pepper finish.
Flavor is much the same with the addition of dirty apple skins. The white pepper and oak are slightly elevated. A lovely earthy finish along with said soapiness keeps things interesting.
The first thing detected is how thin this feels. Very watery, which the low carbonation only adds to the effect. But it's also very clean and balanced with only the lightest lean on the sweet side of the fence.
Another good offering from Baerlic. I think it's a little light all around, and could have used a little more pop, but otherwise, Milobis an exceptionally easy and enjoyable and refreshing beer to drink.
Cheers.

Batch 2 seems to have elevated the soapiness a tad. Also, the texture is much more pleasant as a soft, plushy foam is well incorporated in each sip before an extra dry finish.
Cheers.
