Oak-fermented mixed culture Saison. This was the first beer brewed into our newest oak tank built by the good folks @foedercrafters Crystal Ship is brewed with pilsner malt, wheat and rye and hopped with Citra Pure Leaf (course fraction bract) and a generous amount of Crystal.

The Brett and lacto overwhelm the saison yeast character, unfortunately.
