VERMOUTH GIN TABLE started as a blend of our wheat blonde sour base fermented in a combination of neutral oak wine barrels and Captive Spirits Gin barrels. The blend was then transferred in to a combination of Red and White Italian Vermouth barrels and aged for a full year. Refermented in the bottle with Brett.

This beer is one of my favorites of all time. Pours a golden bright, with white foam. It just such an easy drinker, yet really complex. Fresh and herbal. With the earthy tanines from the vermouth, finishing with the smooth but apparent gin notes.
Hope to be able to drink this one again!

Poured out as a nice golden color with a white fizzy head on top. The smell of the beer has a lot of very nice mix of aromas, there is some spicy gin notes, along with earthy vermouth and funky brett. The taste is herbal yet refreshing tangy and bright. The feel is light and dry. Overall it's a very good beer, would definitely drink it again.
