CSB does beer really well, and this not an exception.
They nail the mouthfeel on this beer. This is one of the best saisons I've had for mouthfeel and aroma too.
It's quite funky, very light, with lots of bubbly carbonation. It is hop forward for a saison, but that's a good thing for this beer.
Keep on CSB, I expect big things from you in the future.

Poured a hazy golden color with a small head of white foam. Good estery aroma with banana and pear notes. Banana and pear flavors with some yeasty bite. A nice caramel backbone. It was crisp and sharp.
