16 oz can mfgr 1/5/24 into a Pokal.
L: SRM 2 Pours light straw light pale yellow with a thin white head that recedes to thin edge foam, good steady carbonation bubbles, light random lacing.
S: Bready malts, hay, rice, distant fruit.
T: Light grains, a hint of buttered bread, distant yeast, a very light caramel note, muted fruits of pear and apple, it is very lightly pale and is gently sweet.
F: Brisk with a medium-light bodied smooth feel and a short finish that is lightly dry.
O: A nice tasting Lager that is easy to drink. Nice feel and light notes of bread & fruit mingle. It's a fine year-round beer that is very good in its style.

Aroma is fruit/bubblegum and mild rice. The flavor is fruit slight bubblegum, malts/rice and a beery/slightly hoppy finish.

Canned 1/27/22; drank 5/17/22 @ the Yarchives.
See-through pale yellow appearance.
An even pour yielded a small, noisy white head which quickly dissipated; no lace.
Biscuit & faint dry wheat notes in the nose.
Medium thin mouthfeel.
The flavor follows the nose; an enjoyable lager.

Nice drinking lager with with some flavor..doesn't seem to fit the American Lager style,,,more of a helles lager with a sweet, clean graininess..with a slight touch of honey . Hops are very subtle but add a definite grassy/white grape like impressions.
Pours a light golden color with good clarity..
This is a nice effort from a brewery not known for lagers.

Pours clear light gold--nearly straw. A nice bone-white fluffy/rocky head. Retention is so-so.
The nose is classic lager. Pale clean malt, grain, and faint grass.
Slightly sweet malts on the tip of the tongue, rice noticeable. Pale and clean with just a bit of grainy character. Grass in midstream. The slightest tart almost wheat-ish finish.
Very light, crisp and drinkable.
Not a favorite style. But rated to style, and for what it is, it is excellent and several notches above the usual AAL. Although the rice is noticeable, it's balanced well.

Drekker I Don't Know No Snakes Lager, 5% ABV. Pours clear yellow with a four-finger white head that left no lacing. Nose is grainy and sweet, taste follows with no bitterness. Excellent mouthfeel, overall outstanding. I haven't had a lager in a while, but this one is real good.

Can. Pours a white head that fades. No lace. Clear golden straw yellow.
Crisp, clean, very light. Bready/biscuity and very pils like. Grassy, earthy hops. Pretty simple, but I like it. Quality beer.
