Canned 01/12/25, into a wide wine glass.
Pours a nice yellowish orange with plenty of foam, very pleasant pour. Aroma is spicy pineapple with a little kiwi, but very fruity. Flavor is more soft than the nose, tons of pineapple, kiwi, and some strawberry, as well as mango. Overall quite tropical but not too sweet. Tiny bit of drying bitterness on the finish, but overall, very soft and tasty. Feel is good, medium bodied and low carb, which helps out the fruity flavors.
My first Drekker can and I like it a lot. Very fun IPA with interesting hop flavors and a good mouthfeel. Well done stuff.

Poured into a nonic.
Pours very hazy pale gold. Almost milky from the oats. Excellent bone white head. Retains well. Solid lacing.
Aromas of orange, grapefruit, melon, and strawberry.
The flavors follow the nose pretty closely on this one. Sweet citrus and kiwi/cucumber/melon. Fairly sweet. Just enough resin at the end to balance it out.
The feel on this one is smooth and creamy. Slightly drying at the finish, but could have better attenuation.
Solid NEIPA.

Flavor: Strong flavors of orange, tropical pineapple, kiwi, melon. A smooth and sweet citrus and tropical lingers underneath. (4.00)
Feel: Medium bodied, appropriate, carbonation, finishes, juicy mildly sweet. (4.00)
Compared to Phase Three Three Juiced 1/2024: Pours lighter, similar head and aromas. More sweet papaya, kiwi, strawberry. Less OJ citrus and pine.
Compared to Elm Creek Virtual Skyline 1/2024: Pours similar, identical aromas. More sweet pineapple and melon. Less white grapefruit.

Overall: The first beer I'm having from 2024. Interesting hop combo in the addition of Belma and NZH-107. The Belma provides a strawberry/kiwi flavor and the NZH-107 gives it a guava rind. Nice Pacific fruit flavors. Mildly sweet and great flavors and smooth drinkability. Digging this one. (Rating: 4.11)

Drekker Goon Platoon DNEIPA (though labeled DIPA), 8% ABV. Pours hazy gold, with a 3-finger off-white head that left lots of lacing. Nose is citrus, taste follows, slightly sweet, equally bitter. Excellent mouthfeel, juicy, slightly dry. Overall Excellent.
