Collaboration with Little Thistle
We teamed up with our pals at Little Thistle Brewing to bring you a new lager, brewed with pilsner malts and Centennial, Cashmere, El Dorado, and HBC 638 hops. It ain’t hard to choose, we promise this is the one to whom you’d give your rose. We love it so much and know you will, too!

Drekker/Little Thistle collab But To Whom Shall I Give My Rose Lager, 4.8% ABV. Pours light gold with a two-finger snow-white head that left light lacing. Aroma is light grape and sweet malt. Taste is quite bitter hops. Decent dry mouthfeel, overall good.

Appearance: Pours a completely clear, light pale yellow color with a moderate and clean white head. SRM of 5. (3.75)
Aroma: Aromas of rose, white wine, fresh berries. (3.75)
Flavor: Flavors upfront of vinous grape, white wine, and some more rose and berries. Some bready notes underneath. Clean, but sweet off the end. (3.75)
Feel: Medium to heavier bodied, sweet and fruit flavors linger. (3.50)
Overall: First try at this collab with Little Thistle. Lots of hops here and drinks almost like a fruit beer. White wine, rose, berries. I am not an expert at this style. A great and appropriate name, but leaning a bit too rose and wine-like than my taste. Fun to try though. (Rating: 3.68)

Can. White head. Slightly cloudy straw yellow.
Hull melon hops? Nope, but I get those vibes. Has some fruit going on. Grassy, zesty, floral, bitter. Strawberry, melon. Dry, bitter finish.
