Bottle poured into fluted snifter.

Bright straw, semi-clouded, thick foamy white head that settles into ring around the glass quickly.

Aroma of fresh grass, herbal, spicy, lemon zest and yeast.

Flavor is bright and crisp. Ever so slight tartness followed by citrus, yeasty dough and a spicy and herbal earthiness. Very pleasant and refreshing.

Moderate carbonation and lighter side of medium body. Bubbly but not effervescent.

Clean flavors with complex layers. Very refreshing, but not a one-trick pony.

Had on tap. Pours cloudy, light yellow in color with 1/3 inch head. Taste is Belgian yeast, pilsener malt, with light flower and pepper. Light bodied, sweet, with high carbonation. Really tasty saison. Different from other saisons I have had. Great first impression from the brewery. I would get this again.

500 mL bottle. Big white head that settles quickly. Thick collar. Smells of lemon, wheat, weird grassy aroma, yeasty. Tastes strongly of wheat, then that herbal hop flavor. Dry and very grainy in the back end. High carbonation. Light body. Kinda odd, but not outright bad.

16.9 oz. bottle

Pours cloudy gold with a creamy frothy white foam head that sticks around. Smells like funky saison yeast, white peppercorn, some mildly smoky woody barnyard character, some banana, vanilla, clove spice, crackery wheat, tart lemon notes, with white grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, tropical mango, guava, passionfruit, and piney minty earthy herbal grass. Tastes like mildly smoky woody earthy barnyard funk, white peppercorn, mild banana, vanilla, clove-like spice, tart lemon, crackery wheat, white grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, tropical mango, guava, passionfruit, and piney minty earthy herbal grass. Feels medium-light bodied, creamy with moderate low carbonation. Overall a really nice and interesting hoppy farmhouse wheat ale.

16.9oz bottle. Pours a hazy brownish yellow color with 2+ inches of frothy head that dissipates extremely slowly. The aroma is funky and musty but also has some citrus and herbal hops. The taste is fruity hops followed by yeast and some wheat. Musty with some melon and yeast. Wheaty finish. Tons of carbonation. Overall, a decent twist on the style but nothing I must have again.
