yellow with a thick, foamy white head of decent retention and thick clingy lace. Nose is a bit sweaty, with some fermenting apple skins and a mild floral quality. A touch sweet on the malt front and oddly hot in the finish with a combined phenolic and ethanol quality. Tastes a but like a sweet end tripel. Light bodied with ample carbonation. Bubbles provide a touch of dryness and some complexity but not really very enticing
