Crisp clean and drinkable with mild malt and noble hops flavors, German malts and flaked corn provide a light body for this smooth lager.

Drinking this at The Boojum Brewery in beautiful downtown Waynesville North Carolina with The Red Headed Lady of Snowbird Mountains Brewery fame.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks golden yellow with a nice white foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin cap.
Smells Biscuity, floral, and sweet.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is medium for the style with a crisp clean finish.
Overall a very nice example of a Mexican Lager that I would definitely order again.
