Clear gold in color with minimal head and great spotty lacing. Aroma is yeasty, fruity and has a bit of barnyard. Taste is very refreshing with the Belgian characteristics, lemon and a light hop bitterness. Finish is clean and semidry

Poured a clear orange body with minimal head and lace. Tropical fruit and yeast comprise basis of aroma with minimal funkiness. Light bodied and smooth and not much funkiness in aroma or taste; to some (like me) this is not a saison by definition but that does not mean beer is not good. There is a slight grainy bitterness in beer but nothing like a spicy or sour funkiness that is underneath a tropical fruit sweetened beer that is smooth and fluffy thanks to yeast.
