Poured a dark brown body that at times seemed black with one finger tan head. Beer has two aromas, basically, raspberries and chocolate (which are the two main ingredients in this beer so no surprise). Sticky, fuller bodied sweetness with more tart than sweet raspberry notes balancing with chocolate and a smidge of yeast to keep beer smooth and fluffy. Not sure I'd call this a saison as it's more a choco razz porter (no roasted malts at all so won't say stout) but it's worth trying.
