500ml bottle. There is a space on the label for dating information but this space is blank. Most likely this bottle is several years old based on the last rating date.
Clear, without dregs, and a medium amber colored body. Fizzy white head quickly disappears. Rising bubbles create an active surface storm. No lacing. Last pour of dregs bring dark particles that settle to the bottom.
Aroma of sweet cork, stone fruit, and oak. Quite a bit of funk.
Taste is sweet, with a bit of sour, and purfumey. Flavors of stone fruit (peach and apricot), citrus, hay, barnyard, and oak. Funk is there but not extreme, just pleasant and blends well. No bitterness. Mellow aftertaste with supreme oak.
Medium mouthfeel. Slight tartness and sting on the tongue. Yeast clings to extend the expression. Good carbonation.
Expressive from the yeast and the oak barrel aging, but smooth and well balanced. Funky fruit.

Found one in the back of the fridge. Pure delight! Golden color, no head or lacing. Node of mild fruit. Taste is amazingly balanced sour and citrus, pineapple, very mild funk. Despite lack of visible carbonation it is felt well on the palate.

A: The beer is a little hazy dark yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly died down and completely faded away.
S: Light to moderate aromas of brett funk are present in the nose.
T: The taste is somewhat sour and has flavors of stone fruits with notes of oak from the barrel aging.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink and has a refreshing amount of sourness and tartness.

On tap at The Borscht.
A bright orange brew with hues of red and topped with a small off-white froth. Aroma is so tempting I must go in search of more...
Smells of brett, vanilla and faint florals. I may just fall asleep sniffing this one, so I better drink, because I must stay on guard!
Some funk crashes the fruit party but doesn't ruin the fun, as if it's searching for something too. This one is juicy through the finish and rewards those who try it, but they must believe.
Light and deft, as if it's hovering across a dangerous landscape.
So clean, so flavorful, and so unique. If I could take one beer into The Zone with me it would be Suspicious Delicious.

Poured from a bottle into a tulip glass. Murky golden yellow with a thin head and little lacing. The smell was funky and sour fruit. The taste is earthy, sour, but a pleasant sweetness helps make this a refreshing, tasty beer.

A: If you don't pour the bottom sediment out, this is a clear golden/yellow color. A dense white head lasts for a while, with some lace left behind.
S: Musty funk and sour, overripe green apple skins. Not much else to note. After this warms the apple skin aroma starts to take over.
T: Like the nose, the Bretty funky, musty flavors and sour apple skins. Really overripe green apples. Maybe to much acetaldehyde? Outside of that, not much here.
M/O: A light body with moderate carbonation. Not as crisp or vibrant as I would like. Though given all the negatives, this is pretty easy to drink.
An OK Brett/sour Saison. I was really impressed with the Urban Funkhouse, this not some much. Not bad, but doesn't have the depth of character or vibrant punch from Funkhouse. Still worth a try however, your mileage may vary.

I bought this Farmhouse Ale a few days ago and I thought it was pretty good. Perhaps too much of a soda like character but still a beer and still a good beer.
Look: semi-clear golden with an inch of bubbly white head.
Aroma: the aroma is fruity and funky (in a nice way).
Taste: This Saison is among the lowest IBU beer I've ever had. No bitterness at all. It's not tasteless though, there's some yeast, some funkiness, sweetness, lemon, pineapple, slightly tart, its fizzy, but not any hint of the alcohol (how is this even possible). A bit too mild and unsettlingly close to a lemon soda, but still enjoyable. It is a very interesting Saison. I'd say that what makes it still a good beer is the modest yeasty funkiness.
Feel: Light, crisp, and significantly carbonated
