Light and brisk with a kiss of hops. You'd never mistake it for an IPA, but there is a distinct bitter note that is quite aromatic as well.
Scratchy and yeasty. Light yellow color with a thin mustache of foam in the pint shaker. Faint piney and resiny aroma. A pleasant gulp. On tap at the brewery restaurant in the Avenues district. [notes from the 26 Dec 2014 visit]

Had on 12/2/14, in standard pint glass, from tap.
Quite hoppy for a saison (not a surprise though as it was advertised as "dry-hopped saison" on their menu). Strong cereal/wheat aromas and light citrus notes (not as citrus/fruity as many other saisons i've had). Nothing jumped out at me as "amazing" but it is a very solid "session" saison, one I could drink all night. Fans of lighter belgian brews take note.
