On tap at Glen's Garden Hipster Market.
Pours a clouded light golden with a dense off white head. Nose is earthy, tropical and citrus, grassy and light must. Flavor follows nose, slightly more yeasty and earthy, though the Galaxy hops still feature prominently particularly toward the finish of crisp, dry resiny tropical citrus. Medium full body, well carbed, smooth. Went back for a second pour; a great local saison.
