Pours a murky amber golden color with a slight head and lacing
Aroma has white chocolate, apricot, peach and banana hints
Taste has a well balanced white chocolate, apricot, peach and banana flavor

Literally a white chocolate banana smoothie. As a beer it should get a rating of zero (lol), but as an alcoholic smoothie it’s unbelievable!!

L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a taster. Had a pinkish / red color and a thick, smoothie-like consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, off white, somewhat long-lasting head. Lots of lacing.
S: A very nice aroma of bananas, white chocolate, stonefruit, and malt.
T: Tasted of a decent bit of white chocolate (sweet, but never cloying), a hint of malt (mostly in the finish; not a big factor), a lot of stonefruit (peaches and apricots) a little citrus fruit (lemon, perhaps?), and good shot of bananas (a major ingredient). More subtle than expected, but still quite flavorful.
F: A below average amount of carbonation with a smooth and creamy finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A slightly unusual, but likable, beer. Worth a try.
