A: Pours a hazy reddish copper in color with light to moderate amounts of gentle visible carbonation along the edges of the glass and moderate amounts of orange highlights. The beer has a half finger tall foamy beige head that reduces to a large patch of wispy thin film and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate aromas of spicy rye, toasted malts, slightly sweet/sour rye, and wheat. Light aromas of herbal hops. Hints of a light fruit (apple) sweetness from the yeast.

T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of toasted malts and wheat with a light amount of light fruit (apple) sweetness from the yeast. That is followed by a moderate flavor of spicy rye and just a hint of rye sourness. Light flavors of herbal hops are present in the finish with a minimal amount of bitterness that lingers for a short while.

M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation.

O: Easy to drink and enjoyable, alcohol is well hidden.

A: The beer is very hazy brownish red in color. It poured with a short beige head that died down, leaving a small patch of bubbles on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of toasted malts and wheat are present in the nose.
T: The taste mostly follows the smell and has some spicy hints of rye towards the finish.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer seems quite malty, but the wheat base makes this lighter and easy to drink.

Serving type: growler
