Part of a Bozeman Brewing mixed 12-pack picked up at Winco in Missoula, MT
12oz can poured into a Bissell Brothers three rivers pint glass

P brilliant clear gold w/ a 2f foamy white head; looks good; med-heavy lace on one side of the glass
N soft-med nose of bright hops, citrus, and strawberry, w/ some caramel undertones
T light caramel malt carries sharpish strawberry notes; finishes moderately bitter with citrus peel hanging around; some floral soapiness and a kind of odd dank/skunky note as well; develops into a strawberry/ onion aftertaste- weird, and a bit off-putting
Mf light-med to med bodied; med-high carb; fairly dry
O not really the profile I was hoping for, tbh; a little too sharp and dry for my taste; that dank note and weird aftertaste throws it off a bit as well; got a couple more cans of this to get through- probably won't be revisiting after that

12oz can. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of orange, caramel, roasted malt and pine. Sweet citrusy taste with toasted caramel and a mild bitterness.

a relatively light and flavorful american pale, i had not seen this one around as much as some of the others these guys make. its got a deep golden color to it, pretty good clarity, and a creamy white head from the tap, looks the part. aroma here is a neat mix of hops, a little old school in a grassy sort of earthy bitter way, but also with some west coast ipa type hoppy oiliness swirling around, candied orange and spruce come to mind, and its quite bitter in the flavor, but the fruitiness extends further than usual, leaving it both flavorful hoppy and bitter hoppy on the palate after the swallow. the grain base is pretty middle of the road, medium body, pale in color, a little faint brassy shade to it, light sweetness and a biscuit element, but its not heavy and its not sugary overall, it supports and balances the grain nicely. overall a quite simple beer, well carbonated and drinkable by the pint, tastes fresh at the source and would be an easy one to put away a sixer of on most occasions...

12oz can served in a snifter. Canned on 06/16/17. Given to me by @mr-jj.

Pours a clear rich golden with a moderate head and light carbonation. Smell is slightly grainy, slightly grassy, slightly tropical. Overall, mild, but pleasant.

Taste is moderately sweet, a little grassy, a nice bitter finish makes it very drinkable, and definitely a little tropical juicy flavor.

Mouthfeel is medium, and overall, I think this is a quite good pale ale.

Clear, golden body with bright white head and good lacing.

Flavors are bright hops with fresh hay and vague citrus notes with rind bitterness and some pine. Malts are bready and sweet.

Carbonation is medium but feels heavy; it's almost disjointed with the flavors but not.

Pretty good.

Transparent golden Amber with a generous, somewhat persistent, off white head that leaves some decent patchy lacing. Aroma is faint with some sweetness and a hint of citrus. The taste is more citrus hops with a slight bitter finish. Mouthfeel is crisp and dry.

Damn I found my new go to. Fresh, crisp, pretty balanced with a hoppy kick. This is full of citrus flavor. Very very good.

Poured from can into a pint glass

Appearance – The beer pours a nice golden amber color with a two finger head of a white color. The head has a great level of retention, slowly fading over time to leave a good sum of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.

Smell – The aroma is big of a bready and caramel sweet aroma along with some aromas of a light citrus orange smell. Some hints of grass and a little bit of herbal hop are there as well, producing a rather nice aroma overall.

Taste – the taste begins with a bready taste mixed with flavors of caramel and tangerine sweetness. Along with these tastes comes some lighter grapefruit hop flavors. As the taste advances more sweetness of a citrus and tropical fruit nature come to the tongue and are joined by some other hop flavors of a light grassy taste. Toward the end, the grass and herb grow stronger then the citrus hop, but with the nice base of sweeter tastes and bread, one is left with a very easy going, pale ale flavor to linger on the tongue.

Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is on the slightly thicker and chewier side (at least for a brew of only 5 % abv.) with a carbonation level that is rather average. Overall the mix of taste and thickness is rather nice and creates a nice base for the mix of somewhat dank hop (herbal and grass) and the sweeter and meltier tastes of the brew.

Overall – This was a very flavorful and somewhat more dank, but very tasty brew. I rather enjoyed this one.
