This Gueuze inspired ale was fermented and aged in French and American Oak barrels under the rafters of the Bozeman Underground. A unique blend of 3, 2 and 1 year old Lambic inspired barrels was selected to create this very unique beer. This blend stands out due to its many layers of subtle complexity. A soft mouthfeel and American oak notes complement this beer’s firm tartness and classic brettanomyces character.

375ml corked/caged bottle served in a 2020 SIP Fest snulip. No date aside from the 2019 on the label. SG 1.049, BU 4 TA 12 pH 3.4.

First pour is a clear light amber with almost no head (cloudier in later pours). Carbonation is light, very fine. Smell is tart, stone fruit or lemon and oak.

Taste is tart, stone fruit for sure, oak's drying characteristic.

Mouthfeel is light and very dry. Overall, nice beer.
