In collaboration with Burnt Tree Brewing, we offer a unique Belgian style blend from the Bozeman Underground. We take 50% Valley Garden Saison and blend it with 25% unfruited lambic, and 25% barrel aged Brett tripel. The result is a slightly tart farmhouse ale with an earthy, funky finish.
