We started brewing this delicious Flanders Red Ale back in Dec '19 during opening weekend of 'Star Wars - The Rise of Skywalker'. This ale spent 3 years aging in a red wine barrel building complexity and was finished over sour cherries. Celebrate Rey's victory over all the Sith! "And I am all the Jedi"

8 ounce draft pour into a small shaker style glass at the brewery.
L: Red-amber, clear, very little off-white head.
S: Strong nose, heavy with oak tannins, notes of sour cherry
T: We’ll attenuated, oak, sour cherry, very tart.
F Light-medium body, clean, low carb, has a pucker factor.
O: Enjoyable but a bit too tart for me to drink in larger quantities.
