Bought two 12 ounce cans from Beer Drop, my source for Colorado Belgian-inspireds. This also is my second unique from F&G and they impress me as middle of the road in the Colorado market for competency and character... but Colorado may have the highest standard in the country; or at least is the Northwest's eager rival.
All that said, I should at least complain about using "Dry-hopped" in the title or description. Quite frankly and simply, all beers are dry-hopped... unless those few are wet-hopped, and really only that should be noted.
As for this F&G saison, I'm glad I bought two. It made a meal of leftovers more enjoyable that it should have been. I don't think F&G completely has solved the lack of active foam and protein swirls characteristic of Belgian styles brewed a Mile High. But, this saison at least laces well and stays active for more than a few minutes. Smell and Taste line-items both show good fruit; dominated by citrus with some spiciness to finish semi-dry. In my mouth, this is medium; but still cleansing enough to encourage me to take another not-so-good-bite of leftovers.
8/12/21 Had the second can. Edited the review slightly and the rating. I would like to find this again and I'm keeping count over @ Untappd.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, straw-yellow color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sticky rings of lace on glass. Smelled of hay, straw, grasses, light fruity notes and caramel. Sweet fruity taste with some spiciness, toasted caramel and toffee.
