Impressive three-finger start to the pink-hued, off-white head. It settles slowly in a rocky fashion. There's plenty of chunky streaks on the glass as it goes down. The liquid looks like brownish, pink grapefruit juice. Very hazy.
The smell is mostly of blueberry. It's tart but not overly sour. A touch of cream
Oddly, my first impression is of grapefruit, not blueberry or even black currant. There's a mild sourness and plenty of bitterness, again, I'd associate with fresh grapefruit. The body is predictable and the carbonation is on the low side. The finish is watery and the aftertaste is mild and brief.
