awesome new one from these guys, heavy mosaic and very light and dry. honey golden color, crystal clear, full white head, low alcohol and really drinkable. massive mosaic on the nose, definitely well up into the india pale lager realm, i think its floral and fruity and fun, but as soon as one in our group likens the aroma to cat pee, that aspect is pretty hard to ignore as well. i still like it, but mosaic can be that way at times, and it definitely is here (sorry for pointing that out and possibly ruining it for you). it didnt ruin it for me though, the hops continue right through the nose, with a really vibrant citrus and even pineapple complexion, almost no bitterness in the finish. i miss the bitter even a little at the end, but appreciate the power of the dry hop as well. great carbonation and a little more body than we are used to in these super low alcohol lager types. i enjoyed this being as robust on the hops as it is, a great illustration of what mosaic is all about, and as well made as all of their beers are. i loved it here at fieldwork, definitely recommend a visit to their taproom!
