Weird notes on the nose on this one. I couldn't pin it down exactly what was going on here. Unfortunately, this one was a no go for me. Perhaps this style of brew just doesn't fit my palate.

Pours a very light crystal clear straw yellow. Yields generous foam on a heavy pour that is bright white. Nose is of Belgian yeast and candied sugar. Taste of peppery yeast, light bubblegum, faint banana, straw and grass. Only thing missing is the funkyness I was expecting but that's okay because I still enjoyed this one. It is super super dry, straw like dryness. Somewhat finishes with a very dry wine like finish. Light bodied.
