Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden orange amber with a frothy eggshell white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Super ripe tropical and stone fruit, juicy citrus, a little resinous and spicy pine, faint floral hints, biscuity bready malt, and caramel honey sweetness.
T: Bright juicy mix of citrus, tropical, and stone fruit, guava, pineapple, tangerine, nectarine, passion fruit, blueberry, lemon lime, grapefruit, and a hint of melon, a little resinous pine, a touch floral, biscuity bready malt, and caramel honey sweetness.
M: A little on the fuller side of medium body, mild to moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: 2024 Re-brew
How can you not love a beer featuring the holy trinity of hops? It's always fun to see what different breweries can come up with just by adjusting the ratios of those 3 hops. Here they came up with a winner. Felt like something new appeared with each sip. Definitely stands out.

Thanks, Bill!
Got this from Bill at the 2019 Firestone Invitational in one of our beer exchanges. You really can’t go wrong with Fieldwork. In fact, it’s always right. Untapped called for a double IPA hopped with Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe. Was looking forward to it.
Poured a golden hazy color with two fingers of off-white frothy head. Could see a few bubbles coming up the sides of the glass. Excellent spiderweb foamy uneven lacing. Excellent retention. (Sight - 4.25)
Smelled big whiffs of Mosaic and Simcoe up front. Also resin, pine, floral, orange juice, tangerine, pineapple, Juicy Fruit, passion fruit and apricot. Even better out of the can with Mosaic and Simcoe once again shining through. (Smell - 4.25)
Taste was not quite as good as the nose initially, but really grew on me. Got Mosaic, spicy Simcoe, pine, resin, black pepper, orange juice, tangerine, pineapple, Juicy Fruit, floral, passion fruit, apricot and light Citra. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Juicy finish. (Feel - 4.50)
What an excellent beer. Got better each sip. (Overall - 4.25)

Pours an orange juice color & look, big thick inch+ head, great retention and good lacing.
Blend of juicy fruit & floral hop aroma, a bit light on intensity.
Taste follows with more flavor - fruity, floral, piney, weedy. Feel is smooth, medium body, with a good amount of bitterness.
Overall, this is definitely more of a very hazy, unfiltered WCIPA and not an NEIPA. Solid in that respect.

Hazy, just enough. Hints of melon and wine grape. Slightly bitter. Long finish. Almost but not quite a homerun, this was still pretty darn tasty. On tap from the source.
