Consumed in August 2019. Boy, do I love this beer.

Pours a color and clarity on par with that bright golden BMC adjunct lager. 1/2" virgin white head. To some, this look reminds them of 'bad' beer, but their quality control is anything but to get the appearance so consistent. Even harder if you're a smaller brewery, so yes, this was impressive to look at for all those reasons.

The aroma was just a massive kick of Mosaic hops providing notes of passion fruit, blueberry and weed alongside a mild lager yeast. Its a pilsner, but a massively hopped one, is there an IPP designation or do we only do IPL?
or
Taste is exquisite, light grain waves, big time hop punch, mild bitterness and lager yeast. Its everything summer but without the drop in hop rate for hopheads. While the Mosaic is massive, it doesn't overcome everything else, there is still that light crisp pilsner malt going on. In many ways, its what your Dad's beer would be like with a dump truck full of Mosaic.

Dig the sticker by the senior center is still there almost 2 years later.

Six day old can into a tulip glass.

L: Vibrant copper with 1.5 fingers of medium-density white head with good retention, settles to a ring without leaving lacing.

S: DANK, with berry undertones. Very little malt or breadiness until its substantially warmed up.

T: Follows the nose well, lots of Mosaic goodness. Definitely more malt presence than on the nose. Finishes with some bitterness and a fair bit of acidity.

F: Medium bodied with higher carbonation, lively on the tongue, tingling from the high carbonation, slick on the swallow.

O: You have to like both Mosaic and IPLs to enjoy this beer, especially with the biting carbonation. That said, I love both, so I enjoyed the beer...but not the $5/can price point. That definitely kept me from buying more than 2, and even knowing what I know now I doubt I'd buy any more than that at the current price point.
