It's no mystery three of our favorite things on earth are hops, Lagers, and dogs; and with Miles City you only get one of these. Miles City Helles Lager is the anti-spiked seltzer; with its overwhelming crushability, mild bitterness, moderate body, and subtle yet flavorful malt character you can put 'em down without getting put down. There's no noticeable hop aroma to divert your attention away from the wondrous German Pilsner malt that provides a balanced graininess that is interesting without intensity and compliments the traditional German Lager yeast to make an exceedingly easy drinking Lager with all the nuance we love from a properly made Helles Lager.

Scored a can of this when rolling thru to SFBW 2022.
Pours dark golden. Good clarity. 2/5" white head. Hits the desired helles bready lager. The label imagery suggests fall, but this came out in the back end of winter. Definitely had the breathy lager aroma going for it. Like a more dope Subway when they got their bread on tilt.
Taste went much the way one would hope for a Helles. Light bitterness, moderate breadiness, crisp mouth feel, golden waves of grain. Fun to drink. Reminded me of Bubble Chamber but without hops this time. See you at the crossroads. Touch of grass. Hey I'm only the second reviewer of this beer. Its a good excursion into appreciating barley and lager yeast. Especially in this clown world of craft beer wokesters. Anyways, this beer could hit the spot year round and shuld appeal to the masses and beer nerds you could roll up like a joint as well.

16oz can served in an ugly hotel wineglass. Dated 01/26/22, bought it at the Sacramento location two days ago.
Pours a clear golden with short-lived head and a pretty substantial amount of carbonation. Smell is grainy, honeysuckle, grassy.
Taste is a bit on the sweet side, grain and honey I would say, only a little bit of grass.
Mouthfeel is light, smooth, clean. Overall, it's pretty good, but I wish it was a bit lighter on the sweetness.
