The beer is golden cola, transparent. Foam is coarse but rich, lacing on glass. There’s vivid bubbling. It smells fruity and floral, shows caramel apple, apricot flesh, coriander seeds, mint, jolly ranger apple candy, ginger root, jasmine and lily flower smells. The smell of this beer is very fancy and sweet. The beer starts with a strong apple and pear cider fruitiness, and then a strong strain a peppermint aroma (like toothpaste), jolly ranger green apple candy aroma, at the background there’s tart and bitter but not sweet. The ending is white pepper, coriander seeds spicy, there’s also multigrain bread toast aroma. The beer is pretty dry, with a light tartness, light to medium bitter. The explosive ester and phenol aromas are more common in European yeast strains. The beer is not very malty, medium body, the fruity and floral aroma boost appetite. It’s a summer saison style ale, I love the strong fruitiness, the floral and the spiciness. Super refreshing!
