With a mouthfeel that is softer than a pool full of cotton balls listening to a Brian Eno album and an aroma that is more intense than a Tuk Tuk ride through rush hour in Bangkok, Quiet Harbors isn't just a scrumptious new IPA, it's and IPA that finds a way to hit a perfect balance between life as a zero-IBU IPA and just enough pithy citrus in the finish to balance it out and make it every bit as crushable as a bridge made out of balsa wood. Bold aromatics whip up high octane notes of sweet papaya, peach skins, moscato wine, grapefruit peel, summer melon, and pear Jelly Bellys in a way that leaps out of the glass and into your nose with minimal restraint and maximum fun.

Can shared. Light golden hazy, ok head. Soapy (?) aroma? Subdued flavor/sweetness not a lot of sweetness. Pretty dry for a hazy? Tangy melon, pine and resin hops. Enjoyable.

On tap at Fieldwork Brewing in Monterey, CA.
Pretty. Turbid. Fluffy white head. Solid fluff. Great retention and abundant lacing.
Tropical nose and flavor. Guava, mango, and hints of green grass. As I go deeper, a hint of grapefruit.
Mouthfeel is like a favorite pillow.

Can into a tulip glass.
Murky white yellow with 1.5 finger of frothy head with limited retention and left spotted lacing.
Very tropical nose, mango, papaya, and guava.
Taste follows the nose with added citrus undertones. Finishes with limited bitterness and subtle acidity, both clear palate quickly.
Medium bodied with medium carbonation, full on the tongue and swallow.
A nice hazy, but nothing really stands out about it.
