Smells like lager, honey, hay, vanilla bean, and malty smell. Foam is coarse but rich, no lacing, foam disappears quickly. It taste sweet, with bitter shadowing around. The malty backbone is strong, almost like a bock (like Oktoberfest). The beer is full of ester aroma, like pear, Fuji apple, banana, pineapple, resin. There’s also some citrus blossom floral. The hops shows a clean bitter, with pine needle aroma.
