Pinkish in color with the faintest amount of haze in the body. No discernible head, but there’s constant carbonation bubbles rising from the bottom of the glass. The nose is raspberries, vanilla, and lactose. The taste is initially tart raspberries, but then the lactose smooths it over. There’s also a touch of vanilla. The mouth is dry, yet light and crisp.
