Thanks, Nick!
Got this and a host of other good stuff from Nick. Anything Weldwerks and I’m in. Throw in Other Half and The Veil (first time having a beer from them collab or not) and I was pretty excited. Descriptions I found online had it as, “Hazy India Pale Ale brewed with Citra & Lotus Hops.”
Poured a medium yellow-to-gold hazy color with two fingers of off-white frothy head. Could not see any bubbles underneath the head. Outstanding spotty lacing. Very good retention. (Sight - 4.00)
Smelled orange, orange blossom, orange creamsicle, vanilla, grapefruit, nectarine, guava and floral. Still new to Lotus hops, but looking at the description more Lotus and some Citra. (Smell - 4.00)
Taste followed the nose. In order got orange blossom, orange creamsicle, floral, nectarine, stone fruit, guava and grapefruit rind. Tastes stronger than 7 pct. ABV. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Oily texture. Average carbonation. Juicy finish with a lot of hop burn. (Overall - 3.75)
This was outstanding overall. Glad I got to try it. (Overall - 4.00)

Can. White head with lace. Hazy pale yellow.
Juicy, tropical, but still has some nice hops showing. Mango and orange. Earthy and floral. A touch of hop burn in the finish. Otherwise great.
