Can. Not much head. Cloudy pale golden.

Nice basil flavor with a lot of lemon. Not overly citrusy. The milk sugar makes it creamy. A bit tart. Very interesting. Enjoyable.

The lemony twang doesn't sing, and the basil is present but doesn't play too well with the lemon. Doesn't taste terribly fresh or vivid.

Sourness is mild - ~3/10 in terms of intensity. Simple bacteriawise...tastes like just lactobacillus was used.

Not rustic, barnyard-redolent, or microfloral. Lacks any wild yeast or wood flavours.
