Initially blended in October 2019 and meant to be part of a city-wide lambic celebration during Cantillon's Quintessence event in 2020, this bottle was publicly released for the first time after the Covid-19 pandemic in 2022 during the rescheduled Quintessence celebration.
It is a blend of 300 Liters of 3-year old lambic from barrel T34, 600 liters of 3-year old lambic from barrel T46, and 400 liters of 4-year old lambic from barrel S40.

Murky golden/orange hue, with a scant white fluffy head that recedes quickly to a lasting collar. Grape skin, oak, bread crust, straw, pleasant tartness. Medium body, round mouthfeel.
