Notes:
Unfiltered and unashamed. Let us introduce you to Haze Pipe IPA. Beginning with huge notes of grapefruit and tangerine, Haze Pipe finishes just as juicy with the faintest hit of bitterness. Mentioned hops were Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, Amarillo, and Strata.

Headed over the Windmill Farms to see what new stuff they had. I believe this was the first hazy IPA I’ve seen done by The Hop Concept. Online info I found read “Unfiltered and unashamed. Poured a light golden hazy color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy off-white head. Could see plenty of bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Excellent foamy lacing. Very good retention. (Sight - 4.25)
Smelled orange, tangerine, Amarillo, Citra, grapefruit, papaya, mango, pine, citrus zest, Strata, weed, pineapple, mixed berry and Simcoe. Really grew on me each sniff. Even better out of the can. (Smell - 4.25)
Tasted almost as good as the nose. Big orange citrus to start as well as tangerine, grapefruit pulp, pineapple, Amarillo, Citra, papaya, mango, citrus zest, Strata, weed, grass, floral, mixed berry, Simcoe and lingering peppery spice. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Oily texture. Average-to-lively carbonation. Long, citrusy finish. (Feel - 4.50)
Wow. Surprised at how much I liked this one. So much juicy citrus. (Overall - 4.25)

16 oz. can.
Fluffy white head rises high, slowly settles to a thin film. Moderate lacing.
Aromas of bright citrus abound. Zesty and floral orange, lemon, and subtle grapefruit.
Flavor follows faithfully, but in a lighter sense. Still pretty juicy though.
Mouthfeel is active, a tinge prickly at times. Also, a bit grainy or gristy with a slightly bitter finish.
Overall, a nice go to.

16 oz can bought off room temp shelf about 12/5 then refrigerated and consumed from a modified perfect pint glass with etched nucleation grid. looks, Smells and tastes like yellow grapefruit juice, Somewhat of a one-trick pony without a lot of secondary smell or flavor or complexity. A small bit of bitterness. Little lacing. Voluminous head, but recedes to a relatively uninspiring thin film and small soapy islands Overall a great selection if you are craving alcoholic grapefruit juice.

Not much complexity here. Looks ok fairly large head that dissipated quickly. I guess some okay hoppy notes and a wee bit of citrus. Finished and felt better than it smelled or tasted.
