Had Signal Mtn Saison at Tailgate Chattanooga's taproom on draft into willi becher.
Pours hazy gold with 1-finger creamy near-white head, with good retention, leaving (of course) Belgian lace down the glass. Aroma of biscuit malt and crisp herbals off pour, then mild saison yeast spice, that grows as warms. Begins nicely creamy with big saison yeast spice, then a lot of mostly-sweet stone fruit, and a little malt, before a bit biting, nicely-drying finish.
A very nice saison, the only notable element a surprising and disconcerting amount of mostly-sweet stone fruit.
