Black Lab Brewhouse & Kitchen "The Pink Lady"
on tap at the brewery, 25 November 2015
1/2 pint for 3€
Notes: "Trigo con frambouesa"/ wheat with raspberries. Pink grapefruit juice in appearance but not nearly as cloudy. Bright white head. Average retention. Sheets of tiny lace are left behind. Mild raspberry aroma. Light wheat malt in the flavor along with pleasant, juicy raspberry - not too sweet, not too tart. Authentic, not artificial. Light-medium in body and gently crisp with a fine-bubbled, seemingly natural carbonation. Overall, very good. One of the best raspberry wheat beers I've tasted.
