0.5l bottle into a weissbier glass. Big but thin foam, sparsely carbonated.
All of the fruitiness is in the nose, apricot, cantaloupe and unripe papaya.
Yeasty, unbaked white bread rolls, hint of caraway seeds. Uncooked pasta, peony. Very slim body.
Subdued, not alot going on but balanced in what it does offer. Somehow makes me think of a small baptist church-lady.

Enjoyed at August und Maria’s restaurant at the brauereigasthof. Wheat flavor on the front but a little less finish than the full-strength variety.

500 ml bottle, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 3.2%. Hazy deep golden to orange colour, moderate white head. Typical Weissbier aroma of wheat, citrus, banana and cloves. Citric mouthfeel, acceptable body for its low ABV. Flavour with the same elements as the aroma. Might well buy again.
