Pours a translucent copper brown with two fingers of dense off-white foam. It's slow to bubble up on this nitro pour. Aroma is wafers, toast, bread, toffee, and mild fig. It's clean, with a light sweetness. Flavor profile is wafers, crackers, and bread malts, with mild pine, and earthy hops, and a touch of caramel and toffee for sweetness. Mouth feel is medium-thin with a plush texture and still effervescence. Overall, clean and simplistic with a heavy emphasis on bread.
