This farmhouse ale has a nice balance of notes of citrus, black pepper, and lemon pith. The yeast strain we used to ferment this beer originates from the Jovaru Brewery that has been in operation since the mid-19th century in Lithuania.

12oz can from Border. Poured out a clear, golden yellow color with a small, fluffy head of foam. It left sticky lacing. It smelled of bread crust, lemon, pepper and citrus. Sweet caramel taste with tart lemon, peppery notes and orange.
