Shared with JLindros. Picked up at the brewery.

A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice lightly hazy golden hue with a thin white head that fades to leave light wisps.

S - Aromas of excellent funk and saison yeast. Light wildflowers, green dandelions, super pleasant Nelson hops, lovely white wine, tart fruity pineapple. Super aromatic.

T - Taste is similar to the nose. Phenomenal tropical fruits pineapples galore. The Nelson is delicious, very good white wine notes, lightly funky and musty. The saison yeast is excellent, very pleasant.

M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, light body, crisp. Super bright.

O - Overall this was a rather incredible beer. Everything works wonderfully together. Great hops and funk, lovely wine notes. Phenomenal.

Thanks to rudzud

Big fizz bubbly head fades fairly quickly, little lacing, hazy blond lemony color

Nose very unique and a little weird, a peppery thing with sweet floral funky dandelion and barnyard funk, big peppery phenols, fruity esters, some grassy hop and Nelson fruit and wine, quite tart and lemony, pineapple tropical thing

Taste big lemony fruity wine, so much Nelson wine and musty, and tropical fruit city, pineapple galore, tropical Brett C, little funk, white wine juicy, mild grassy floral malt base, saison peppery phenol notes and fruity ester, bright everything. Incredible!

Mouth is med bod, bright effervescent carb,

Overall just incredible! Blend of Brett C and Nelson with base saison, wow!

500ml bottle served in my Deciduous taster at 50 degrees. This beer looks beautiful in the glass - a lovely yellow-gold with a translucent clarity and a frothy half inch, bright white head that slowly effervesces and disperses towards the edges. Nose is grassy and Bretty with a hint of lemon. Taste follows nose - boy is this funky! Very medicinal - all little too assertive in my opinion. Mouthfeel is light in body with a bright, carbonation and a pleasant acidity that leaves a slight pucker between quaffs. Finish is quite dry. Overall, I really want to like this beer. Most aspects are very appealing but there's just a little too much Brett in the flavor profile that begins to make it slightly off-putting towards the end.

Golden in color. Somewhat cloudy in appearance. Hot damn. This is fairly funky. Apple cider, Brett funk, pineapple, and white grapes. Minerally. Creamy feel. Light, crisp and tart. Some dry bitterness on the finish. Delightful.

Dry Hopped mixed culture Farmhouse Ale. Dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin hops.

Straw-gold color, muddy haze because of the unfiltered effect(yay), highly carbonated thanks to bottle conditioning. A fizzy, white foam formed fast and dissapeared. Still very active and lively feel even though it looks flat or cask conditioned!

A pungent, sour yeast and wheat aroma, very tart with a sharp sour funk. Very true to the sour/Saison aroma with a strange and unique herbal thing which I'm assuming is from the hop strain. Big, wild fruits in the aroma, crushed wild strawberries, papaya and starfruit.

A nice, sharp and lively mouthfeel, tart and snappy. Finishes slightly dry and slightly smooth.

A rather excellent tart and zippy farmhouse flavor. Big funk from the yeast, spice and herbs from the hops. Really good depth in the funky, sour yeast taste. The Nelson Sauvin hops might also be bringing in a very light, watety fruit flavor, like starfruit and apricot. White wine or Zinfindel like flavors as the liquid warms. Maybe even some tart, green apples. Like I said, the flavor is very deep and seems to mutate over time. Imagine a Farmhouse ale mixed with a nice German white Zin and extra sharp wild yeast.

Further deep fruity funky tones pop out. This one is easy to drink but I would highly suggest, sipping and allowing all the flavors and aroma's pop out slowly.

Wild strawberries, peppery white wine and sour wheat become more intense as the liquid warms beyond fridge temps.

100% bottle conditioned 100% unpadteurized 100% unfiltered is exactly how I want my beer to be. One of many reasons I love these Belgian hybrid styles so much. This brewery is new to me and being in NH feel excited that this kind of quality is being brewed in my state. Newmarket is a very cool college town (UNH) and ripe for successs if this is the quality.Giving bonus points for using such a rare and unique hop strain.
