So it is Friday approaching evening and tonight I am stepping out of my comfort zone with a triple fruited sour from Deciduous Brewing Company. Pours a beautiful pinkish purpled with a finger pink head that leaves a little thin wisps of lace and settles rather quickly. Doesn’t matter pretty stuff. 4.5
Smell is raspberry, black cherry, strawberry, blueberry, and a hint of vanilla. 4.25
Taste follows bold raspberry and black cherry dominates with strawberry, blueberry, and vanilla in a supporting role and it lingers on the palate a bit after each sip. 4.25
Mouthfeel is about medium, not dry or sticky, very gentle carbonation, and at 6.6% goes down easy even for a non sour lover. 4.25
Overall this is a very attractive and well made beer, that one of these is easy enough. Could not drink more than one, but really a nice beer. 4.25
