Our fall seasonal saison is foeder-aged and re-fermented on cranberries! Tart and funky with a beautiful pinkish hue, this beer is the perfect pairing for fall festivities.

Look: It pours rose with a pink head. Head retention is average.
Smell: It has tart aromas with cranberries. There is a very low level of lemon as well.
Taste: It has cranberry flavors with some earthen elements and a bit of lemon.
Feel: It is heavily tart with a dry finish.
Overall, I like the cranberries, but for me a little more in the way of lemon would have made this better.
