Appearance: Arrives hazy with an orange hue; the head is modest and thins to a collar, leaving a few spots
Smell: Tart persimmon tones with a significant ginger presence; hint of fig sweetness
Taste: Persimmon verging on passionfruit, up front, with a growing sour element; funky, through the middle, with the fig and ginger taking the flavor in two different directions; tart finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A very interesting blend of fruit makes for a complex sour
