This beer is part of Hungry Harvest's Drink Your Produce initiative, and is brewed with roasted beets, along with Spelt, Triticale, and Egyptian Purple Barley. The beets lend a beautiful orange color along with mild sweetness and a touch of earthy complexity. Schrute's Farm would approve.
