Consumed at the brewery January 2, 2012.
The beer is a lightly hazy medium gold. A very smooth one finger foam head tops it off.
There is a mildly minty herbal hop aroma.
The flavor is mild, with caramel malt smoothly transitioning to a slightly bitter finish. The hop character is more apparent in the aroma than on the palate. Clean flavors overall.
The finish is clean but mouthfeel is otherwise unexceptional.
Sessionable ale.
